Too labor intensive. You need a better method…fewer steps. Good video and instructions though…and I like that you gave a ratio of paper to sawdust….most videos do not. Keep improving on it and you’ll have something great.

Well done.
I live next to a saw mill and two mile away there`s news paper printers! So iv plenty of raw materials.
My briquetts are 5.5 inch in dia. and about an inch thick. Not sure iv got the paper/ sawdust ratio right yet but they are burining great.
Built my own hydraulic press out of some I beams that i had lying around and a 10 ton jack.
I produce 8 briquetts at a time.
